All leading to a custom made roadmap for your team. What are we going to do the coming 3, 6, 9 months? When are we succesfull and if so, what are the next steps?
Based on the plan of the Define phase we now roll up our sleeves and get dirty! Templates and webforms are build, flows are created, marketing and sales alignment, segmented lists.
We setup the reporting to see how our campaigns are performing, each and everyone of the flows is thoroughly tested and of course where necessary your team is trained to do the job!
Now it's time to go! We hand over the setup to your team as they will be running the day to day operation (unless you want us to do this too).
In the background we prepare for the next stage as defined in the plan. Running campaigns need to be optimized, new campaigns prepared.
